At Pink Petal Boutique we strive to meet the needs of the customer.  However all sales are final.  There will be no returns or refunds. 

Exchanges are only provided if there is an issue with your order. For example a defect in the merchandise. Notification must be  provided to Pink Petal Boutique via email within 2 business days after receipt at camille@pinkpetalboutique.com. Customers requesting exchange must ensure there are no visible signs of the item being worn. 

Pink Petal Boutique has the right upon inspection not to accept an exchange.

Shipping charges for all exchanges is the responsiblity of customer.  Once the merchandise has shipped the tracking number should be sent via email to Pink Petal Boutique.

We utilize USPS for all of our shipping needs. All orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days following the transaction. However, due to the the COVID-19 epidemic orders will be shipped twice a week. Meaning there could be up to 4 business days for processing. Please note orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.
